Return and Exchange Policy

If you’re not in love with your purchase, we want to make you happy. Return or exchange your item in store within 30 days after purchase.

  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories as applicable, watches must be unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty, and instructions.
  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered watches, custom designs, or gift cards.
  • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
      • Credit and Debit Cards –The same account will be credited.
      • Check – A refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days. Any returned customer check is subject to a service charge.
      • Cash – When funds are unavailable for cash refund amounts greater than $500, a refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days.
      • Gift Card – Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned (except where required by law*)
      • Trade-Ins – You will receive either your original trade-in or similar merchandise.
  • For Online Orders: We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

 

* Please note: In certain states, gift cards may be refunded for cash once the balance is below the applicable state law threshold: Under $2.50 in Texas.

Preparing Your Return By Mail

To return a shipped item to BarryCoatsJewelers.com, please follow these steps:

    1. Box your item up securely, in the original packaging if possible.
    2. Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package. Indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip.
    3. Ship your package with a paid return label and insured for the full purchase price. The return label can be purchased at any UPS, FedEx or USPS package delivery provider.
    4. Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
    5. All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we process a refund.
    6. We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges within five business days of receiving your return. Business days are Monday – Friday except for federal holidays.
